Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My company is in Hyderabad, we have branches in 3 different locations in Hyderabad. Do we need to take 3 separate SHOPS&ESTABLISHMENTS; act or only one registration for Head office is enough? Do we need to take 3 separate trade licences??
If a branch does not have any business operations and it was kept as only collection point, do we need to take Trade license and registration under Shops& Establishment act???

you have to ask information to labour officer of shop & establishment.
in my point,you had already give information to application as branch in shop & establishment in head officer .it is enough. otherwise you have to take new license. it is important that govt must be aware of head-office and branches
