Legal Question in Employment Law in India

My company ask me to leave on immediate basis becoz they have other persons to take care of my job. I dont know why they do this. They have given me time till 31st march and target to achive 75 sales but they reduced my team. At that time i was having 6 agents in my team but now there are only 2 agents. When i told management to atleast give me month to find out new job so they said in this conpany we do like this only. Im really feeling bad becoz im the only earning person in my family and cant leave job like this. Plz help me.... my boss is very having bad intensions about me when i not responded then he started to create lots of trouble for me. I have survived in thats too. Now he said clearly i have to leave. What should i do .plz help me
