Legal Question in Employment Law in India
The company sent a mail, without discussion with me, the termination letter attached . The cause given is absentism and work performance. They have neither given me fnf and it's been more than a month and neither they shared fnf value. It looks they they have no intention of giving me the fnf . I have worked their for 1 year and 7 months. The company is a manufacturing company in alwar and I belong to mehendragarh.
What are the options I have .

you have not mentioned the terms and conditions of your appointment. Whether it was a contract of service or contract for service
