Legal Question in Employment Law in India
An IT company sends the employee out of the company without giving any notice. The employee is made to submit a hand written resignation letter quoting personal reasons as the cause for the act. Is this legal?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the terms and conditions of service provide that the employees services may be terminated without notice if the Company's image is in any way hindered or hampered as as result of any of the employee's misdeeds or wrongdoing in the Company, it is legally valid on the part of the Company to do so. In such an event, the employee resigning from the Company is better than the Company terminating the employee' services from the employee's point of view.
