Can a company withheld the experience letter if the employee is ready to pay the salary in lieu of notice period where he or she is not able to serve the same due to some reasons.

If everything otherwise in order like no service bond, no disciplinary action and the charge fully handed over etc, subject to the T&C of ur appointment order stipulates notice period of pay salary in lieu of notice, the company shall not ordinarily have any objection to give experience letter.

No, the Company is legally bound to issue an Employment Service Certificate to each and every employee who has served in the Company.
