Legal Question in Employment Law in India
What are the cos and consequences if a employee resigns since his salaries were paid late and last three months salary not paid and after resigning employee withheld to return company assets and asks company to pay dues after which assets would be returned.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The acts and actions of the resigning Employee are legally justified if the Company has not paid last three month's salary to the employee who is entitled to retain Company assets till his full and final settlement dues are paid by the Company.
