Legal Question in Employment Law in India
To day is 28th day of my notice period. As per my joining letter, I have to give one month notice period before leaving the company. Now the management is asking to stay here for 2-3 days more. I did not take any leave during this notice period. But they are not interested to leave me. What can I do

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since your notice period in the Company is 30 days, you need to work for two more days in the organization.
