Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear all,
Pls help out of this situation,
I was not given any offer letter or appointment letter, but at the time of resignation my employer refuses to provide my 15 days salary. He said you have nt given one month notice period. Can he do so?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You and the employer had an evolving contractual relationship based on mutual trust and understanding. You ought to be paid for all the days worked by you in the organization. If your notice period agreed was a month, and you served only 15 days after submitting your resignation, the employer is right in paying you salary for the 15 days notice period served by you. If you have worked the full 30 days notice period and the employer has paid you for only 15 days thereof, you should ask the employer to justify the deduction of the 15 days salary not paid to you.
Regards,
