Thanks for understanding the concern and Suvrat's igoism&incention;...i have a question again raised in mind...that, is that possible if i serve 15 days of notice period and i will pay for the rest of 15 days as penalty???
even i have clearly discussed on the above point too ..but suvrat is denying for this convinient way even...and as per policy i need to serve 30 days, is his only statement...so need to know whether if i can follow the pay-due procedure,for those days i am not able to serve the notice period...after all, i can have my releiving letter the all i want/expect or awaiting for... plz help give me a quick and accurate answer so i can get the releiving letter...
