Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear sir

i am Amit working with hbl global pvt ltd, its a direct sales team of hdfc bank ltd in car loan division since august 2008 till date.My na,e is always in the top performers list in my office,But in the monthe of November 2013 My ASM has transfered me to open market channel where ther is no business .In the earlier channel my login file ratio is Minimum 30-40 files per month but now in this channel its very difficult for me to login even 5 files in a month I had requested my ASM sir please help me out and transfered me in the same channel as i was in earlier but whats his statement KI JOB KARNI HAI TO KARO otherwise leave the job,

Plz help me what shpuld i do.Is there any legal section which solve my problem
