Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir, I am from baroda(Gujarat). i have left my job on 31/5/2013 & my salary was pending from feb'13.When i left my company has not settled my full and final payment and they said that time "you will get credit directly in your salary a/c." but till date i have not received any payment from my employer. Kindly advice me.
