Dear sir,
my friend working in pvt sector scheduled commercial bank as an officer. He was dismissed from bank for cheating case.His service length is 5 year.now he want to apply another job can he get those 5 year experience from his service to new job.please inform me sir its very helpfull sir

In that case, the bank is not obliged to issue any experience letter.
