Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir, pls help me out of this situation.
My employer did nt issue any offer letter bcs they did not have policy to issue offer letters also neither we have any contract for the 1 month notice period before resign nor they they said to me verbely at the time of joining..can my employer will keep my one month salary if I resign with any notice
