dear sir i signed a 6month's contract with an it company in rajasthan which stating that if i dont serve notice period for 1 month then i have to pay the training cost which is 75000inr. i left the job after 2 months and went to abroad without serving notice period now i have recd letter from company stating that they are goint to put civil suit against me so i just want to ask that is there any law for notice period in india and i am not able to come back before 2 years so my lawer can handle the case or itz compulsory myself to appear in court .
they never provided me any training but they have just mentioned the clause in contract and i signed that so pls. advice that how much it could harm to me

if and when they file the suit, you contest on the ground that the training was never provided
The company is justified in asking for 1 month notice but they have not provided you any training they can not ask for any such amount which was never incurred on you.
If they initiate legal court proceedings against you then, you can contest the case even staying abroad. For that you need to send properly notarized Power of attorney in favour of such LAwer.
