Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir,
I have work with in a pvt ltd company from January 15 but recntly Company have hold my last two month salary last month
Salary without any prior notice. When demand my salary. Company told me your performance is weak then I repley OK please realise my salary I don't want work with company
But company is not realise my salary what I have to do.

Police action for recovery of salary is advisable and recommended. You should also fetch another job.
