Dear sir
I am working in bank as an officer.Now i was dismissed from bank in cheating case,case is pending in court.now i want to apply sbi probationery officer post.is it possible please advice me.it will help me

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you are an accused, you are ineligible to apply for a probationary officer's post in another bank till you are proved innocent and acquitted of all the charges levelled against you by the Court.
