Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir I am working as a computer operator in a hospital. I was interviewed in feb,2012 but institute did not select me because of no competition with me. I writ in court and win case in feb,2014 and hospital accept the decision and allow me to join the duty. So i join my duty on 12, feb, 2014. Government of Punjab announce regularization of all health employee who were appointed since march,2013. As my appointment was late however i interviewed in feb, 2012 and was not selected by hospital and join duty in 2014. can i writ petition in court for my regularization? and will the decision come in my favor? What should i do now? Kindly reply me best.
