Legal Question in Employment Law in India
dear sir i am working in a mnc in coimbatore they transfered me to the head office and told me to join on the next day morning but i asked them for more time but on the next day they force me to resign my job with the date of 3 months before but i refuse to do so and after that they even didnt let me inside the company and block my office mobile number what i can do pls mail me to [email protected]

Dear Sir / Madam,
Ensure that you collect all your dues including the salary for the notice period since the Company has terminated your service without giving you due notice and look for another job.
