Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir,
. i am working in a multinational IT company in Ahmedabad since 2 months, to get the job i have shown 6 years of experience in which 2 years of experience is fake another 4 years are real,which has been made on original letter head of another company where i did not work, (i got that letter head from one of my friend), during the background verification my new company caught my fraud, my question is : what regal action can they take on me ? Is this really serious matter ? And the other company whose letter head i used,what can they do against me ? Kindly suggest me what can i do next.

Dear Sr / Madam,
The Company is entitled to terminate your services immediately without asking you to serve the notice period as mentioned in your appointment letter. The other Company whose letter head you fraudulently used can lodge a Police complaint against you for cheating. You should admit your mistake and apologize for the lapse on your part with an assurance that you will never ever repeat such an act in future.
