Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,at present i am working in a private company. in my joining letter there was a point that i will not be able to join any other competetor company directly or indirectly for 2 years from the date of leaving this company.
Now i have question that if i leave this company and join another company which is competetor of this company then if this company can take any legal action against me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your present Company does not have any legal rights to prevent you from joining and working in any organization of your choice. The principle of natural justice applies here. (Reply No. 504-July, 2013).
