Dear Sir,
I got attestation form from DRDO (ADE) Bangalore for the post Technician 'A' COPA, by mistake I filled wrong 'Present Address' same as Permanent address. unfortunately i realized my mistake after sending the filled document by speed post. please inform me any procedure for requesting another copy of DRDO attestation form means can I do correction of my attestation form before police verification. last date to reach the form is 20th June 2015 and document is on the way now I cant get back from Post Office. Can I send Photocopy of complete attested form which I have after correction and which will be consider my final submission . please help. show mercy.

Dear Anurag,
You should call the DRDO Office Administration Department and inform them of this error and check with them what you have to do to get it rectified.
