I am Bhanuprakash M was worked as store in charge in prograsive infovison ltd under Wipro�s customer site ESIC Regional Office Bengalore , Bangalore, Karnataka . from 27thFebruary 2015 to March 19 2015 and 20th March 2015 he promoted to Team Lead job he attended his duties up to 28th March 2015. After words I am not attended in work because of my personal problem, during my period I misplaced Samsung galaxy star 2 model cost of 4900/- (four thousand Nine Hundreds only) . I paid cash 4900/- (four thousand Nine Hundreds only) on 20th April 2015. how to get No objection certificate. I am not singed the call letter what they offer me. just they told me we will call back to you no need to come to office I taken letter I paid some of money (4900) no dues.

you have to approach to higher authority for requested letter with describe of you problem .otherwise you have to go to labour commission

Dear Bhanuprakash,
Truly speaking, the Company owes you Salary for the 31 days you worked for i.e 27.02.2015 to 28.03.2015 less the notice period during probation and on confirmation thereafter due to be served by you in accordance with your Offer / Appointment Letter. If you have abruptly quit the Company without serving the notice period, the Company may recover the notice period salary amount (basic pay only) from the 31 days salary and pay you / you the balance full and final settlement dues. You should submit a letter in writing to the Company providing them with workings and request them for settlement, and also issue you a Service Certificate.
