I want to know that my company didn't give me reliving letter what should I do

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is not absolutely necessary to have a relieving letter after you have resigned from the Company. You can simply produce other evidence like your Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and Payslips to your new employer and tell them that since the Company is upset that you have resigned from service and hence they refuse to give you the relieving letter.
