Legal Question in Employment Law in India

dear sir,

i am vikesh sharma.as i discuss with you my wife is working in govt. school of haryana on behalf of a private orgnisation shree ram new horizons.from last month she joined her job. she is pregnant by 9 months. so maternity leave is too urgent for her.but now they are saying that there is no rule of such leave in their org. at the time of interview they know she is pregnant but they didn't say anything even at time of training whenever we ask them they said we will see. now after deposit of 10000 rupees and 1 month service they are saying there is no such rule, we have to find you replacement.

i feel cheated.please help me and suggest what i can do in it. and i heard that maternity leave is mandatory for ladies.

Complain against them in the nearest police station to his office u/s 420 IPC and if the police does not register FIR then File a complaint to the Area Magistrate u/s 200/ alongwith an application for registration of FIR u/s 420 IPC. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
