Dear sir
I have worked for media industry for more than 4 years in advertaiment department,and as per the company rule I serve one month notice period also..even they are not releasing my full and final amount. Because they are telling me that I have some dues in form of space selling which is not recovered from the client,which I generated .. even after 6 months from my resignation date,they are not paying my amount and they are saying me that another 50k I have pay after the adjusting my full and final amount in tha dues..
Please help me to get my full and final amount..

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should rely on the terms and conditions of your Offer / Appointment Letter which specify all your monetary entitlements including Salary and other perquisites. You should compile the amount the Company owes you as your Full and Final dues and ask the Company to give you workings explaining how an amount of Rs. 50,000/- is due from you after adjusting all your dues. If the Company's explanation is not satisfactory, you should inform the Management that you will lodge a cheating complaint with the Police if they do not sort and settle the matter within 7 (sevan) days.
