Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir,

I had worked National Hydroelectric Power Corporation as junior Engineer and applied through proper channel for Assistant Engineer at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.

I resigned NHPC on 20-12-2006 and joined HAL on 30-12-2006. my Increment Due on 01-01-2007.

HAL protected the my Basic Pay last drawn.

But increment is not protected.

hence i am requesting you to whether my due increment may be protected or not

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) is a Government of India Undertaking and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) headquartered in Bengaluru is a public limited Company, how are you eligible for increment at HAL within just two days of joining the Company. The rules and regulations for appraisal of performance and increment at HAL whether half yearly or annually will apply to you. NHPC has to pay and settle all your salary entitlements and end of service benefits to you. HAL ought to have conducted your performance appraisal and rewarded you, since your tenure of service at HAL is now more than 8 (eight) years.
