Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear sir/madam,

currently working in a Mumbai based Pharmaceutical company as a first line manager(Sales). I have recently come across below mentioned issue

1. not getting salary. Company paying salary to sales representative but not for other(1st line manager and above). reason given as shortage of money.

2. not getting other reimbursement(Field related Expenses) for long period of time.

3. not getting confirmation after completion of two year of joining. As per appointment letter service has to be confirm after 6 months.

4. not getting other benefit eg. LTA/Medical as confirmation due.

5. EPF A/c not updated.

6. Date of joining not correctly mentioned in EPF slip. not corrected after several written communication to my employer.

I want to take legal stapes against company. I want to know

1. can i file the case form the Place where i presently working.

2. to which court i should go.

3. Any tips regarding legal aspects.

4. Any lawyer details in jharkhand(My HQ) who can take care of my case.

You can lodge a complaint mentioning all your grievances with the local Office of the Labour Commissioner at the place you are presently working requesting his / her intervention to resolve all your issues.
