Legal Question in Employment Law in

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been associated with an Industrial group for the last more than two decades and for more than twelve years with the current employer as permanent employee at junior management level(Asstt. Manager). During my tenure, I achieved commendable results and rewards but for the last few months, the management of the employer has been planning to cease my employment because of some internal politics. As a result, I have been facing discrimination, humiliation and harassment in the office because inspite of my repeated requests, neither an assignment is being given to me nor senior management is interacting with me, thus forcing me to sit idle and finally quit the job. In a span of five years, the corporate office of my employer changed to three locations and now operating from Gurgaon, from the first office distance from my residence about 15 kms to now more than 50 kms. Presently I am 52 year old and as per appointment letter issued to me by my employer, my retirement age is 58 years. Academically I am M.A. LL.B. in addition to some technical and management diplomas.

I shall be highly obliged for any remedial advice (As per Employment laws in India) from the hon�ble forum/counsel to meet the win win situation.
