Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to know that I am working in the private travel company and still working with the same company. I did a mistake and for that mistake company is charging me INR.43000/- from my salary. I want to know that it is legal to charge amount form the executive ? as I checked with other companies and they all informed me that no company will charge that much amount from an executive. they can ask the executive to resign and take the maximum loss of INR.10-15K for the big blunder. so now I want to know that company already charged me the complete amount and now I want to file the case against them and want compensation for the same.
So I want to know it is possible to get money back from that company with compensation so that it will never happen again in future with somebody else.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, it is legal and valid for the Company to charge and recover the value of the loss suffered by the Company as a result of an employee's mistake. If you have committed the mistake, filing a recovery case with compensation will be futile, hence is not advisable and not recommended.
