Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir/Madam
We are working in an government organisation on contract basis. We are appointed through a manpower agencies. My question is that are any agency signed a contract on same rate on which they work for last 2 year. in our case our agency singed again on contract on same rate for next three years. Is this fair that they give us same salary for 5 years. What we can do, Please advice us.

In case contract has been executed then both the parties are bound by the conditions therein.
