Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear sir/mam, I have signed a bond for 2 years for my ex company in which it was mentioned that I have to pay Rs 60000 as penalty if I leave before my bond period. I left the job after 16th month since in my offer letter it was written that I will be in a prohibition period of 6 months and after that period my salary will be reviewed but my salary was revised in the salary of my 16th month that to Rs 1230.
I have not given any notice period. Now they have sent a mail asking Rs 60000 immediately. They have not mentioned about any legal action in mail. But is it legally wrong if I don't pay.
Please reply. If you want personally my mail id is [email protected]
