Dear Sir,
My company without notice send me retrenchment mail with immediate effect. Kindly suggest me what the compensation i can get and how to fight for these kind issue,
Kindly help me. Below mail am sending for reference:
As explained to you by your superiors as well as by HR ( myself), your position is being redundant due to organizational restructuring and reallocation of resources.
Please be informed that you have been retrenched from the company with an immediate effect ( Sept 24,2015).
Kindly hand-over company assets to your supervisor and complete the exit formalities. Nilesh will send you the exit form.
Your full and final will be done as per your terms of employment.
