Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
My father was posted in Railway & he was expire in 1980 during his duty. At the time a was only 9 Month old & my big brother was 3 Yrs old. After the death of my father, our economic condition was bad. Then we had taken care by our maternal grand father. We didn't receive benefit from railway even pension to my mother. Now we stand on self & we want to claim all the benefits from railway (Pension and Service).
Please help me & tel is it possible & how?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should approach the concerned Department in the Railways wherein your father was posted along with all his employment papers and his Death Certificate.
