Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
This is tarun from Delhi and I am working in steel authority of India limited as a junior assistant. Actually, sir one senior officer who is always criticise me and bother me and misbehaving with me. He always threatening me. He has some political connections so he always use it in wrong way specially with me.
I was trying to transfer me at Delhi office because my right leg is not right, it had huge injury due to accident, so that officer done some thing and my transfer has been cancel by branch manager.
And he said mere hote hue tumhara to transfer hone wala nhi hai.
And he always pressurise me for work so I cannt work properly and he always show attitude me.
So you kindly give me some advice what to do. And how can I transfer me?
