Dear Team,
Kindly let me know is there any law in india constitution that person working on third party payroll can give spot resignation without serving notice

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no such labour law in India. You are governed by the terms and conditions of notice period as contained in the Appointment Letter that you have accepted and signed.
