Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi Dear....i resigned from my company because of delay in salary, not giving my arrears & also not clear my imprest a/c....also they force me to do fraud in some Airline/hotels bills to send to client with the invoice, which i refuse to do.........now after 15 days of resignation they didn\'t call me for my F&F & also send a mail to one of my Associate (who worked for me & have some pending payments from my company) stating that I am a fraud & they found me taking huge amounts of commission from vendors thats why I resigned...this mail was shooted by CFO of the company & marked to all management people.

when i call them & ask for explanation they said sorry & assure that they will write a sorry mail too.....

But after few minute on that mail the MD of the Company wrote that i resigned by my own will, but not clarify that i am not guilty........

want your advice on the same, can i go legal as i am having their mail to defame me & some mails from my associates to take a legal action against me for the money which company owns.......

Dear Sir / Madam,

Before you take the legal route, politely ask the MD of the Company in writing to immediately pay up and settle all your salary and end of service dues. Once your dues are fully settled, you may lodge a defamation suit against the Company. If the Company fails to settle your dues within a week, straightaway lodge an FIR for cheating against the MD inn the local Police station.
