Legal Question in Employment Law in India
in departmental proceeding on first date of hearing the CSO present without his defence representative and admitted the whole documents without comparing with originals. even inquiry authority didnt ask him that weather he can alone handle the todays enquiry proceedings. hence a complaint was admitted and later on whole charge sheet proved. on 2nd hearing defence representative demanded to cross check the documents received in his absence but the request was denied. when defence asked for to present the maker of the complaint this request also denied by syaing that the said document is admitted by cso hence it is proved also.
isn't it is a violation of Natural Justice?
