Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have deputed onsite to USA through Indian company. While going to USA, company signed from me an Deputation aggreement. The one cluase is that I can not join the Client of Company while I am in company or two years from Resignation in company.? Is it valid?
Also I have resigned from Company while I got an good offer from Client of a company. I have send the resignation email mentioning the release date. My manager did not accepted that. But I want to get released from company by the mentioned date. What can I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should emphatically tell your boss and the HR Head that you are not going to work for even a day more than the prescribed contractual notice period. Moreover, the Company cannot be telling you what you should be, or should not be doing, after your resign from the service of the Company. You are only bound by all the Company's rules and regulations while you are in their service.
