Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I've been diagnosed with lumbar spondlysis and the doctors have advised me to take complete bed rest. But my company is not willing to provide any medical leave. What should I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Lumbar spondilysis is caused due to sitting in the same posture for a very long time. You should do a lot of walking exercise regularly. Tell the Company a certain date of your resumption. If the Company is not willing to wait till that date ask the Company, you should request the Company to pay up and settle your full and final settlement dues.
