Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi ,
Have a dicey situatation as i joined an IT company on 18th November but after serving till 10th of DECEMBER(for 22 days) I stopped going there without notifying anyone after that on 16th DECEMBER i joined another new IT company without telling them that had just left a company .So today have received my salary from both the companies from my current company which is fine but also from the old one from which i absconded .Also have given the same account details to both the firms.So please help me as what should i do in this situation as i want to continue with my current job also if there are any legal implication to it if yes then thereby remedy for this situation as well.

have you got the salary of the period you were absent from your previous company or was it till you worked ??I need to know more facts to give you advice.
