Dear Sir / Madam,
Casual labour are those random labourers that are selected by the site contractor to do menial jobs at construction sites. Casual labourers are paid for the day of work at the end of the day. Daily rate workers are regularly engaged by the site contractor to do unskilled and skilled jobs at the construction site. Their wages for the day are fixed, and they are normally settled and paid on weekly basis.
Regards,
