Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have dispute with one of my ex employee regarding to payment of salary. Now she has approached police. What should i do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should immediately pay off and settle the salary dues to the employee, and ask her to withdraw the Police complaint that she has lodged against you.
