Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Due to lack of information given to sixth pay commission by the department our pay scale not revised what i do for getting revised pay scale.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should collectively submit a joint representation duly signed by all aggrieved persons in the organization stating the facts of your present entitlements as per the prevailing and applicable provisions of the Sixth Pay Commission to the Pay & Accounts Department Head, and request it to be put into retrospective effect with settlement of arrears, if any, as applicable therein.
