if email is not replied can it be consider as acceptance. when it be from comapny side to empoyee

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the email has been sent to the employee's registered mail with the Company, if the employee does not reply within the reasonable stipulated time of sending the mail, it may imply that the employee is not interested in the contents of the mail and hence it cannot be considered as deemed acceptance by the employee.
