Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I Was Employed In A Central PSU Earlier. During The Employment Tenure, I Applied For Another Central Government Service And Attended The Interview, By Concealing My Employment Details To The New Employer. I Did This To Avoid The NOC Procedure (I Did Not Inform My Old Employer Too).
I Got Selected By My Second Employer After Interview. I Submitted My Resignation To The Old Employer And Got Relieved From Them. Then I Joined The New Employer.
I Am Worried If This Will Affect My Career In The Future. Please Throw Some Light On This. Will I Be Terminated By My New Employer If They Come To Know It In Future Somehow? For Example By PAN Card Details?
However, I Was Not In Service In The Old Organization On The Date Which I Joined The New One.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Never brood or repent nor worry over what has been done in the past. It was meant to be that way for your own good. Always look at the present and remain positive. Believe in yourself, concentrate and focus at doing your best in the new job, so that there is no reason for the new employer to look into and scrutinize your past history.
Regards,
