Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have been employed in 2013nat colombo, srilanka by a company promoted by an Indian company. I was working for them for about 3 months and they have not paid any salary till date inspite of several reminders . HOW DO I GET THE SAME LEGALLY.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should lodge a local Police complaint for "cheating" against the local Company. Forward a copy of the Police complaint to the local Company Law authority in Sri Lanka and the Indian embassy in Sri Lanka for information and quick redressal.
