Legal Question in Employment Law in India

if a employee of a company situated in india is also a employee of same company but that company situated in abroad in different designation is that legal or not?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Unless expressly permitted, an employee cannot hold two different jobs at one and the same time, since it is illegal and not permitted by law.
