Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am employee in a hospital, with one year contract (4 month completed), in contract latter resignation intimation period is two month or two month salary, but hospital has deducted one month salary as deposit without intimation or not mentioned in bond.

I want to resign job without notice

is it right or what will I do.

Dear Jaydip,

You should object to the hospital deducting one month's salary as deposit asking them to pay it to you else you should clearly say that you will only serve the balance one month's notice period instead of two months in lieu of your one month's salary already retained by the hospital.
