Legal Question in Employment Law in India
An employee joined in our company and worked just 10 days. next day evening quit job and asking ten days salary. No notice provided or anything formalities kept. Is that employee eligible for ten days salary?

Dear Sir / Madam.
Any employee is eligible to be paid a salary for the number of days he / she has worked in the organization. However, this salary can be adjusted and recovered if the employee has failed to serve the agreed notice period.
