Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Employee has resigned & given notice period for 1 month and if the management do not accept the resignation within the notice period of 1 month. what shall employee do? is there any time frame for acceptance of resignation letter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the notice period as per your appointment letter is 1 month and you have taken the acknowledgement of the Management on your resignation letter, there is no need for the Management to formally accept your resignation letter, since it is deemed to have been accepted. Once you serve the notice period, you are free to request the Management to settle all your final settlement dues.
